Official Site Rules: MEMBERS READ OR FACE A BAN

This is the rules in Ascalon Paragon Forum, this is how would you post and act in the forum.

Please read the rules, disobey the site rules will be banned or kicked out from this site.

Rule1: No flaming or trolling outside of Rage Room.

No flames, trolls, or flame wars outside of Rage Room.

Rule2: No spam outside of Rage Room.

If you're going to spam, post it in the Rage Room (just a light spam in the "Rage Room", not a heavy spam or excessive spam in the "Rage Room").

Rule3: Watch your language.

If you going to use that language in this forum, please censor it the whole time.

Here's a examples of good and bad about cursing, so it's recommend to censor the whole letters of a bad word that you're trying to say. Otherwise the children in this site who are under the age of 13 would know what your saying, so be careful.

Good: Hey, that video scares the @#%$ out of me.

Bad: Hey, that video scares the f#ck out of me.

You know what Kim and Aggie from "How clean is your house" said, "Keep it clean". And I mean by "keep it clean", I mean, don't make a post that was excessive language, unless it is in the Rage Room.

Rule4: Don't post porn in this forum.

Please don't post porn in this forum, it is not appropriate. Posting a link in this forum to the porn site that the link is labeled "R18" or any sort of link labeled or just a link is not appropriate in this guild and the link will be removed on site at a discretion of moderation. WARNING: Posting or linking to child porn, bestially, snuff, or any illegal pornographies will be reported to the proper authorities and the consequences will get severe.

Rule5: Don't link to malicious or scammed sites.

Please don't link to the sites that can infect your computer or steal personal information, if they masked their malicious site using "TinyURL" or other URL that they could mask it, so be careful what you've clicked on.

Rule6: Don't advertise or sponsor in this forum.

Advertisements and sponsorship is not allowed in this forum.

Rule7: Don't discuss any illegal activities/criminal activities.

Don't you ever dare discuss any illegal activities or criminal activities in this forum, that will cause us especially me getting into trouble and that will cause me to ban you from the forum and a possibility be thrown in prison or juvenile.

Rule8: Don't imposter any guild members or cyberbully any guild members.

If you apply to this guild, and pretend you're any guild members, officers, or guildmaster, it is NOT tolerated. Be yourself, or be banned. Also, cyberbullying any guild members is NOT appropriate and is NOT tolerated in this guild, therefore you should be banned and will be reported to the anti-cyberbullying site.

Rule9: Don't spam or flame someone through PM (Private Message).

You can report the officers or guildmaster if somebody flame at you or they spam your PM, because flaming someone through PM or spam their PM could get strictly banned.

Rule10: Don't you dare use threats or death threats towards any guild members, officers, guildmaster, or this site.

It is extremely illegal, because if you use threats or death threats to any guild members, then someone would call the police on you, and you don't want that. Which is why you can report someone if any guild members use threats or death threats to you and we can take care of them for you (which is we ban them). And using threats or death threats towards this site will be banned or kicked from this site.

Rule11: No hate speech. Period.

Hate speech could lead them into a lot of trouble. Which is why it's NOT tolerated in this forum.

Rule12: Don't abuse the report system.

Don't you dare abuse the report system by repeatedly false reporting any guild members. Then you could get banned for doing that.

Rule13: One account per site, no multi-account.

If you registered more than one account in this site will be IP banned from this site. So don't create a another one.

You can report a member who is a hacker, so the Officers, Admins, and I will check it if there is something going on, if we confirm your report, then the player that you reported will be permanently banned, kicked out of the site, and permanently expelled from this guild and be reported to the "Blizzard Entertainment".

Official Ban Rules

Those of you who were banned from this forum has to wait until the ban goes away, so that they can calm down or try to figure it out how to be nice before going to this forum after their ban was gone.

Here are the list of offense that is a banning role.

First Offense = Short-Term Temporary Ban (24 hours - 6 weeks)

Second Offense = Long-Term Temporary Ban (more than 6 weeks - 6 months)

Third Offense = Permanent Ban with apology

Fourth Offense = Permanent Ban without apology (kicked out or removed from this site)

OFFICER'S AND ADMINISTRATOR NOTE: If any members receive a ban, let the ban expire. If they receive a ban for the third offense, don't lift their ban until they made an apology to you, plus the member will receive a suspension from this guild depending on severity. If they receive a ban for the fourth offense, don't lift their ban for the rest of their life and they will be suspended or expelled from this guild (In-Game Only) depending on severity.

Official In-Game Rules

We have in-game rules in the guild, so obey it.

Ascalon Paragon's Ten Commandment Tenets

Please obey all the tenets in order to be more loyal to this guild.

Tenet 1: Guild members should behave properly - Flames, trolls, swearing, and other disorderly conduct is not tolerated in this guild.

Tenet 2: Guild members should watch their language - The use of strong language is not appropriate for this guild, please censor it immediately if you're going to use that language.

Tenet 3: Guild members should cooperate - Please cooperate at any time. Fighting, bickering, and giving rude gestures to each others is not tolerated.

Tenet 4: Guild members should not spam, advertise or sponsor any random stuff- Spamming is not good, advertise is not good. If any of you spam, you'll be suspended from this guild, or expelled depending how much did you spam throughout guild chat or something. If you advertise, or sponsor any random stuff, you'll be expelled from this guild.

Tenet 5: Guild members should NOT hack - Hacking is cheating, do this so will be permanently expelled from this guild, and be reported to the game master or Blizzard staffs.

Tenet 6: Guild members should NOT discuss illegal or criminal activities - There is a possibility to get reported to the Game Master for that one. So don't discuss any illegal or criminal activities such as terrorism or drug dealing.

Tenet 7: Guild members should NOT act like a racist or sexist - Please get along of all guild members of all races and genders that you won't have to make a joke or insult out of it.

Tenet 8: Guild members should never invite other guild members in their private place due to online predatory - If you tried to pretend to be a mysterious stranger willing to invite a younger guild member into your private place and do something inappropriate and offensive to the guild member, you'll be reported to the authorities and you'll be expelled due to online predatory that your willing to engage in inappropriate or offensive privacy. Also, don't show your street address to your place where the other guild members will come into your home and do something inappropriate or offensive to you. And don't say "nobody's home" to attract the mysterious stranger or other guild members to your home.

Tenet 9: Guild members should never stalk other guild members in the game, the forum, other community, or anywhere else - You will receive a warning, suspension, or expelled if you are willing to stalk other guild members in the game or elsewhere. To guild members, if anyone from this guild were stalking you in the game, community, or elsewhere in your area, report to the officers or me, the guild master, and we'll deal with them. Or you can report to the authorities this instant.

Tenet 10: Guild members should never imposter any of the guild members as the others - I do not allow any imposters in this guild, if you change you character name as one of any of my guild members' characters or pretending as the other guild members in this guild, you will be punished to have your character name changed or you will suffer a very dangerous consequence to have you arrested and the officers and I have no choice but to suspend you or expelled you depending on the severity.

Breaking one of those tenets will be given a warning, demoted, suspended, or expelled by the officer or guild master and a possibility be reported to the Game Master.

Warnings

Warnings are given as a consequence through in-game mail, if warnings given, you have been warned.

1 Warning - Warned

2 Warnings - Suspended

3 Warnings - Expelled (removed from this guild)

Warnings expired in 72 hours, when the warnings was expired, your warnings was removed.

Demoted

Sometimes the warnings can include demote their ranks. If your rank was apprentice, you cannot be demoted.

Suspended

If you were suspended, you cannot be group invited by the officers or guild master through dungeons, raid, PvP, or other events until depending on how long should you wait. This is why you should never do this again, otherwise, you will be expelled for what you've done.

It depends on if it's the first or second offense that you were suspended, you will have to wait until your suspension is expired. Here's how the suspension system works that I set up that you'll remember how many times that you were suspended:

1st Offense: 1 Day - 1 week suspension

2nd Offense: More than 1 week - 2 weeks suspension

3rd Offense: More than 2 weeks - 3 weeks suspension

4th Offense: More than 3 weeks - 4 weeks suspension

5th Offense: More than 4 weeks - 1 month suspension

6th Offense: More than 1 month - 2 months suspension

7th Offense: More than 2 months - 4 months suspension

8th Offense: More than 4 months - 6 months suspension

9th Offense: 1 year suspension with probation

10th Offense(Dead meat): Out; Expulsion; Kicked out of the guild

Depending how long you will be suspended, suspension will extend long enough. If you're suspended for 10 times, it will result in termination which you will be removed from the guild and won't come back until you figure yourself out of how to behave.

Expulsion

If you were expelled from this guild, that means you are removed from this guild. You can come back to this guild if you got your act straighten out, new medication, or you were acting mature enough. But if you come back and started the drama or chaos in this guild and then you got expelled, you will never come back to this guild again for what you've done.

Rules of promoting in the game

The guild master (me) and my fellow officers will promote you if you do the following:

 - Depending how many quests that you've completed so far per day alone or with a group, or your fellow guildmates, which we will promote you depending on us.

 - Depending how many dungeon quests that you've completed so far when you go into dungeons alone with your group or with your fellow guildmates, which we will promote you depending on us if you were doing a good job tanking, healing, damage dealing, and made the fastest aggro.

 - Winning a match in PvP or arena, which we will promote you  depending how many PvP OR arena matches did you or we win.

 - If we completed the raid, and it depends on us if we can promote you if you're doing a good job helping each others, cooperate each others, and do some tanking and damage dealing which is if we do the fastest aggro.

Champion is the highest rank, and if you're in rank champion, you cannot be promoted unless you've followed every officer In-Game Rules and officer's and admins rules. If you followed the officer's rules and you want to become an officer, let the guild master or officer know that you are ready to become an officer that you've followed the rules, that means your rank will be officer if we accept your officer's permission. And if you lied to us if you're the rank of officer and start punishing people for no reason, or suspending or expelling (removing) the fellow guild members, we will strip your rank into your current rank and you will be suspended from the guild or expelled depending how many members were expelled (removed).

Guild master is the highest rank in the game so, there is no way to get promoted into the guild master, unless you can handle the guild very well and I was retiring from the guild.

Ascalon Paragon Officer's and Admins rules

If you're the officer in in-game or the site, or the adminstrator in this site, read this rules.

Officer's and Administrator's site rules

1. Those of you should keep an eye on someones' post.

2. Officers and Administrator should read the site rules.

3. If any members break the rules, ban them from the forum, if any members break the rules for the third time, permanently ban them until their apology will be made and also suspend them from this guild depending on severity(In-Game Only), if any members break the rules the fourth time, permanently ban them and kick them out of the site, and suspend or expel them depending on severity(In-Game Only)

4. If any members create a another account in this site, IP ban them.

5. If you ban any members, IP ban any members, or kicked them out without a reason given, because you don't like them, or a fake or unfair reasons will be demodded from the officers and administrator group and will be banned from this site or kicked out from this site depending how many members were banned or kicked without or unfair reason.

Officer's In-Game Rules

1. Those of you has to read the Official In-Game rules.

2. If any members breaks the rules, give them a warning, demote them, suspend them, or expel them.

3. If you demote them, suspend them, expel them, or given them a warning without a reason given, because you don't like them, or a fake and unfair reasons will be demoted from the Officer rank and will be suspended from this guild, or expelled depending how many members were removed from this guild due to unfair reasons.

4. Don't hack at all.

Ascalon Paragon's Official Dungeon Rules

It's a 5-player group that you have to go through. So, yes, dungeon is a 5 player group that there are including quest that will be give by the questgiver (themselves) or it's not given through quest. So, if we are going in the dungeon. So, you need to behave and no fighting. And you can't switch class roles. Because that's against the dungeons.

Here's what you can do.

Ascalon Paragon's Official Raid Rules

Going in the raid is a heroic task. If we are going in the raid, you better listen up. Raids are one of the most challenging task that they ever do. So, depending on what raid group are we in, everybody needs to behave, and no fights whatsoever.

Here are the followings that you can do.

Ascalon Paragon's Official Arena Team Rules

We use in game Voice chat in World of Warcraft

We have in game voice chat channels in our guild community so that we will communicate through the channels. NOTE: Please input "Push to talk" key to "Left ctrl" (Or "Right ctrl" if you are left handed and using your left handed mouse and/or keyboard.

Here are the rules:

1. The use of strong language is NOT allowed if there was a guild member who are 12 years old or under.

2. No flame or troll

3. Spam and advertisement is not tolerated in the chat.

4. Annoyance of using soundboard for harassment is not tolerated in the chat.

5. Do NOT talk about child porn, snuff, or bestially.

6. Do NOT hack the chat (or you'll face the consequence).

7. Do NOT discuss illegal activities or criminal activities.

8. Do NOT imposter or cyberbully any guild members.

Please abide this rule, you will be kicked out from this chat channel for breaking any of those rules, if you break the rules twice, you will be kicked again and this will be your final warning, because if you break the rules one more time, you will be banned from this chat channel and you will be receiving a warning from this guild for "Voice Chat Infraction". But if you commit a harassment that you got that soundboard from some sites or what others you do to annoy us, you will be banned from this chat channel and receives a warning from this guild for (like I said) "Voice Chat Infraction", and we won't allow you in my my chat channel until you behave, take any medications, say you're sorry, or any promises that you would like to do. NOTE: If you advertise in this guild or sponsor, you will be permanently banned from this chat channel, you will be expelled from this guild, and you will be kicked out of my guild site. But if you hack the chat by attacking, hacking, or other hacking things, you will be permanently banned from this chat channel, you will be expelled from this guild, and you will be kicked out from my guild site, and it's either we'll report you to the "Blizzard Entertainment" (if you hack in WoW) or not, but you will never come back to this guild ever again.

Applying to the guild

We will allow any recruits who plays WoW, and does the following:

- Show your WoW character.

- Show your Battletag.

- Show your Age.

- Show your email address.

- Must have an alliance or a horde character. Alt. characters are fine by me, feel free to use any of your alt. characters to this guild whatever you wish.

- Must be in Aggramar or Fizzcrank server(realm).

We will reject any recruit who does not play WoW, or does the following:

- People doesn't have a WoW character and Battle.net Account.

- Lie about your age (i.g. 180, 1,275, 50,000, 65).

- Lie about your email address.

- Lie about your Battletag, WoW character, or lie about yourself in the Guild Application.

- Was in a different server instead of Fizzcrank and Aggramar(realms).

- Was a very suspicious user that they are known to be the hacker or any criminal category such as online predator, scammer, ripper, and murderer. Otherwise, it's just a spam account.

Remember that the Officers, administrators, and I have to keep an eye on your guild application, you lied to us, then we'll reject you, if you are a member of the forum and the guild application appears to be a lie will be banned from this site permanently and has to make an new account which is apply to the guild within guild application.

NOTE: You must have the character info from Battle.net, because if you don't, you will get rejected.
